STAMP DUTY TO BE CUT OFF ONCE FAIR VALUE IS FIXED INDIA NEWS HEADLINES

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, KERALA NEWS HEADLINES: - The government has proposed to reduce the stamp duty once the fair value of land is fixed. The digital image printer developed by the Center for Development of Imaging Technology popularly known as C-DIT, was installed as a pilot project in the Ernakulam sub registrar office in 2006 has been extended to the 14 major offices during the government's first anniversary celebrations. The facility has been extended to all the sub registrar offices in the state of Kerala, India.

It will now be mandatory to affix the photograph and finger prints of the seller and buyer on the land sale deed, to end the mysterious land deeds.
