NEW DELHI, INDIA NEWS HEADLINES: - The Bharathiya Janatha Party and Communist Party of India (Marxist) expressed their serious concern at the emergency declared in Pakistan.
Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha LK Advani and Bharathiya Janata Party general secretary Arun Jaitley, said in a statement that the developments in Pakistan is of special concern to India being the immediate neighbour. Hope was expressed that the Pakistan people's struggle for democracy and the rule of law would soon succeed.
